I was born and raised in Kalamata and graduated from the Department of Psychology of the University of Crete. After my studies in Greece, I completed postgraduate studies in France in areas related to business and human resources management. I have worked for many years in the private sector in various positions and sectors and have lived in 4 countries. I speak French and English fluently.
Scientifically, I was mainly involved in neuroscience, participating in research at the Neuroscience Laboratory of the University of Crete, focusing on the cognitive development of children and the elderly, while at the same time I was trained in the administration and evaluation of psychometric tools.
Today I continue my education in the Synthetic Systemic model of psychotherapy, with an emphasis on counseling and psychotherapy of individuals, couples and families.

My first contact with the role of a clinical psychologist began during my studies in Rethymno, where I participated in the team of the Rethymno Mental Health Center with the task of administering psychodiagnostic tools and providing counseling to families and couples. Then, as part of my thesis, I worked with children and the elderly, participating in the team of my supervisor, Professor Mr. Simos, for the administration and evaluation of the first psychodiagnostic tools that focused on cognitive problems (autism, dyslexia, aphasia, dementia) for the Greek population.
Then, as a Soldier Psychologist, I joined the Psychosocial Care Team of the Army, dealing with the evaluation of soldiers and the provision of counseling to soldiers and permanent personnel.
Then I participated in the student mental health support unit of the Paris Chamber, providing face-to-face and telephone counseling services. From time to time I participated in clinical actions of the municipalities of the 11th and 20th arrondissements of Paris with an emphasis on the homeless and immigrants.
Since 2022 I have been working as a psychologist-mental health counselor, initially collaborating with private mental health centers and then in my office in Kalamata.
